Our mushrooms sauce is made by the real “Porcino” mushroom, which enriches by its flavour an onion and garlic light-fried based tomato sauce in extra virgin olive oil. Pappardelle (wide Tagliatelle) are made by kneading durum wheat semolina with fresh eggs and produced in artisan way according to basic principles of homemade pasta preparation: artisan working, bronze die shaping, low temperature drying.
