There is something heavenly about the smell of truffle, found here in the rich paté spread on bruschetta, delicate and powerful at the same time.

Among the finest of Italian egg pastas, "tajarin" which has been entirely handmade by housewives since ancient times, is at its best when it’s paired with white truffle, here proposed in slices. Once again the protagonist, the legendary tuber will make your "tajarin" one of the memorable meals of your dining experience.

The red wine of the Langhe has long been amongst the best known throughout the world. Here it accompanies a dazzling second course of meat from locally-bred animals.

The Piemontese hazelnut is unrivaled in the world for its statistically unique nutritional characteristics: it is the star of the hazelnut cake with a flavour you will never forget.

Just a touch of Moscato, the sweet wine with flavours of apple in a fruit syrup is a worthy conclusion to our dazzling menu.
