Valpolicella wine is characterized by the use of local native varieties. The base comes mainly from Corvina (45 to 95%) and Corvinone (up to 50% in place of corvina) and from Rondinella (from 5 to 30%).
It has ruby red color with garnet highlights, and offers a slightly ethereal scent of pink fruit with notes of vanilla; a refined flavor, balanced, dry and velvety.
Due to its pleasant characteristics, it is an ideal accompaniment to winter first courses, main courses, but also cold cuts and medium-seasoned cheeses.
