Hazelnut cake is made for us by a pastry-cook and it’s prepared only with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, eggs, sugar, honey and vanilla, according to one of the most ancient recipes of the Langhe region. Apricots in moscato white wine are made by putting just picked apricots in a boiling sugar and water syrup then flavoured by Moscato, the typical southern Piedmont sweet white wine.
