This delicious cake is made for us by a pastry-cook and it’s prepared only with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, cocoa powder, eggs, sugar, honey and vanilla, according to one of the most ancient Italian recipes. The cake is stuffed by plentiful “Gianduja” cream, a chocolate cream enriched by a significant quantity of IGP hazelnut paste.
